Delivery Time=Order Handling Time + Transit time

Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Any customs or import duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

If you refuse the parcel, you may need to take full liability for all postal charges, customs charges, return shipment costs and handling fees.

Military address.

Gexwigs can ship your order to the US overseas Military base, but the item could only ship via USPS.

We ship from Los Angeles US via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the US at this time.
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours, to arrive within 3-14 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-3 business days.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will update the tracking number, you could track your package online.

How do I return my order?
